SHIPPING POLICY

At Clay Peace, we ensure every order is carefully packed and dispatched in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed 
and a separate notification once it is dispatched.


2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

We ship pan India. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

✦ Tamil Nadu: 3-4 business days
✦ Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 4-5 business days
✦ Rest of India: 5-7 business days
✦ Remote / rural areas: 7-10 business days

Note: These are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on courier partner, location, and external factors beyond our control.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

✦ Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
✦ Flat ₹99 shipping on orders below ₹999

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
 

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

✦ COD is available across India at no extra charge
✦ Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery
✦ Kindly inspect the package before the delivery agent leaves
✦ COD orders that are refused or undelivered will be blacklisted from future COD eligibility

We encourage prepaid payments for faster processing and a smoother delivery experience


5. PACKAGING

Every Clay Peace product is individually bubble-wrapped and packed in double-wall corrugated boxes to ensure maximum protection during transit. We take packaging 
seriously because we know how important it is that your ceramics arrive safely.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website. If you have not received tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


7. FAILED DELIVERY / RETURNED TO ORIGIN (RTO)

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us.

In such cases:
✦ Re-delivery will be charged at actual shipping cost
✦ If you choose not to re-order, a refund will be issued after deducting the original shipping cost and return shipping cost

Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code, and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering. Clay Peace is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.


8. DELAYS & DISRUPTIONS

Delivery timelines may be affected during:

✦ National/regional public holidays
✦ Festival seasons (Diwali, Pongal, etc.)
✦ Natural calamities or bad weather
✦ Courier partner disruptions

We appreciate your patience in such situations and will always keep you informed.


9. CURRENTLY WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

At this time, Clay Peace ships within India only. International shipping will be announced in the future.
